[ Story ]

In the fast developing country town of F, there is confrontation between the indigenous Kamio Gumi, led by Shuz6 Kamio (lsamu Nagata), and the Kansai-affiliated Oba Kai gangs. Jir6 Terada (Tetsuya Watari), Kamio's sworn brother, arrives in the city as a trouble shooter as Kamio is in prison.
Encouraged by Jir6 Kamio's men make active encroachment on places under control of the Ginryu Kai, a eat's paw of the Oba Kai which sends for one of its strongmen leaders, Kuroki (Rin-ichi Yamamoto), and has him get Yamanaka on their side. Yamanaka thus kills one of Jiro's men and is later killed by Jir6.
Meanwhile, Kamio is released from prison and receives an appeal from Yajima (Yoshio Harada), a leader of the Ozawa Gumi, another gang suffering oppression from the Oba Kai, to form a joint front. His bid rejected, Yajima kills one of Kamio's men and makes it look as if the Ginryu Kai are the killers. But Jir6 sees through this plot.
When Kamio's sister is assaulted by a Ginryu Kai hood, Kamio kills then boss Matsuki and Jir6 kills Kuroki. This throws the Oba Kai into a flurry and it sends for reinforcements from the Kansai district.
Oba and Ozawa now decide to shift responsibilities entirely on Jir6 and Kamio. Jir6 shelters Kamio but is troubled by Ozawa's order to deliver Kamio to him. Realizing Jiro's position, Kamio chooses to die by picking a fight with him.
Jiro, now disgusted with the dirty side of "yakuza" life, stabs Yajima and others, and leaves with Kamio's body on his shoulder.
