Documentary about the idol group Kupipo, which was formed in 2014 with Hattori Maki as the leader. Maki is a man who wishes to act like a cute gal and dresses up in woman's clothes. Follows the group from early summer 2016 through the end of the year and captures the reality of the underground Kansai idol scene.
The Osaka-based underground idol group Kupipo was in a state of crisis with audience numbers for their concerts in the single digits, but Maki thinks only about his desire to be cute. Meanwhile, the other members confront the reality of their situation and make a decision based on the future they see before them.
