Theatrical adaptation of the TV drama series co-produced by Hulu and Nippon TV. Based on the popular German drama "Der Letzte Bulle." Comical depiction of the cases tackled by a technology-obsessed junior detective partnered with an old-school detective who awakens from a 30-year coma to find himself in the wrong era.
Kyogoku (Karasawa Toshiaki)'s charmed life has gotten him out of numerous tight spots, but he has reached his limit. He wants to hand off the baton to Ryota (Kubota Masataka), but then right before his eyes state-of-the-art artificial intelligence sets off a major incident.
