Inspired by novelist Uchida Hyakken's 'Noraya', this drama depicts the connection between cats and humans. Veteran director, Tajiri Yuji of Broken Pieces helms.
Tsukumo Sakumi (Mizusawa Shingo) is an undistinguished screenwriter who discovers a stray cat has wandered into his home. Naming it Shiro, he and his wife Hiyori (Oshima Hako) take in Shiro as their pet. Without children of their own, the couple dote on Shiro. One day, however, Shiro leaves the house and doesn't return. Sakumi completely disregards his work, and goes searching for Shiro.
