[ Story ]

A unique film depicting manga creators with a passion for manga trying to survive on a remote island of a distant sea. Moriya Fumio, the screenwriter of The Woodsman and the Rain among others, makes his feature-length directorial debut.
On a remote island in the Pacific Ocean where even radio waves do not reach and people who do not create manga are prohibited from entering, five manga creators dedicate themselves to their profession. Then one day, the boat which serves as the island's one and only connection to civilization does not show up. All that the five starving creators have remaining is a passion and craze for manga.
