Romance produced to commemorate the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam. Ono Ito from {A Woman Wavering in the Rain} and Morisaki Win from {Ready Player One} play the man and woman who find love that transcends national borders.
Manami's (Ono) mother died when she was a child. She moves to Okinawa, where her ailing aunt lives and she feels connected with her mother. Manami has always lacked self-confidence, but she becomes more positive after meeting Koa (Morisaki), a Vietnamese researcher following his dreams. But then Koa returns to Vietnam.
