For the past two decades, Yumetoi Town has been surrounded by a mysterious phenomenon called "Zon". The town is isolated from the outside world, rumored to be the "land of death", and now there are young people who don't know what
things were like before. Residents hang out at Bar Yu, but things start to change when a VHS tape from Zon flies into the home of a self-proclaimed musician living at the edge of town.
