Arai Haruhiko, one of Japan's best-known screenplay writers, reprises his dual roles as director and writer from Body and Soul and When I Was Most Beautiful. First film adaptation of a work by Naoki Prize-winning author Shiraishi Kazufumi depicting the perilous relationship between a man and woman engulfed in a world of erotic desire.
Naoko (Takiuchi Kumi) is about to get married when she reconnects with Kenji (Emoto Tasuku), an old flame who has returned home to Akita. Their bodies intertwine when she proposes that they recapture their past for a single night.
