The second film in the animated series adapting the popular comic which has sold more than twenty-five million copies. Director Nagasaki Kenji continues on from the previous film while original author Horikoshi Kohei serves as supervisor and original character designer.
Deku (voice: Yamashita Daiki) and everyone in U.A. High School's first Year, "Class A" visit Naho Island in order to perform off-campus hero activities. Though they help people on the island, Deku and his friends pass the days peacefully. Then the island is invaded by "Villain", spearheaded by Nine who possesses fearsome power. Deku and his classmates attempt to protect the island's people from Nine.
