A CG animated movie of Monkey Punch's original "Lupin III". The director is Yamazaki Takashi of Stand By Me Doraemon who also wrote the screenplay. The story depicts the unprecedented challenge facing Lupin and his friends who are searching for the legendary treasure, the Bresson Diary.
The legend of the Bresson Diary says riches can be obtained by the person who solves the mystery of the diary. It is the only treasure Arsene Lupin hasn't been able to steal in his career, and it was also pursued by the Nazis during World War II. Now, Lupin and his comrades are on the trail of this treasure.
