Set in Okayama Prefecture, the struggles of a girl captivated by Japanese fruit confectionery is depicted in this coming-of-age drama. In the director's chair is Yoshida Akio, a veteran television director of numerous series since the 1980s and director of the film Intern! as well.
Soma Haruna (Fukumoto Riko) discovers Japanese fruit confectionary made with the queen of luxury grapes, the "Muscat of Alexandria". She is inspired to some day make Japanese confectionary she has conceived herself. Though she fails repeatedly, Haruna keeps pushing forward to realize her dream.
