Deals with "regional development" and "work reform", buzzword issues confronting contemporary Japan, in depicting the thrilling revitalization of a depopulated area. Direction and script by Akashi Tomoyuki, known for Kiriko no Fukei and Menkyo ga nai!.
Tokunaga (Sekiguchi Tomohiro) runs a security software company in Tokyo, and he heads for his hometown of Minami Town in Tokushima Prefecture in search of talented personnel. His project takes off when he launches a plan using nature as a secret weapon with help from local entrepreneurs like Iwasa (Uzaki Ryudo), but then he stirs up trouble with local youths.
