In Hyakkaoh Private Academy which is an elite school for the rich, the student council dominates all students over rigorous hierarchy determined by gambling results. A transfer student Yumeko Jabami, seemingly elegant yet a "compulsive gambler" who finds pleasure in taking risks, has been targeted by the council since more than half of the executives were outplayed by her. Subduing her down, it recalls a legendary gambler Makuro Shikigami who is an outrage and has been suspended from school.
