Live-action feature film adaptation of Owara Sumito's same-named comic about three high school girls, which has also been turned into a TV anime series helmed by Yuasa Masaaki. Directed by Hanabusa Tsutomu, whose skillful manga adaptations include Kakegurui.
Brilliantly imaginative Asakusa Midori (Saito Asuka) forms a film club with money-loving Kanamori Sayaka (Umezawa Minami) and Mizusaki Tsubame (Yamashita Mizuki), an aspiring animator who models in magazines. They plunge into animation production to create the most awesome world of their dreams.
