This is the sequel to the film dealing with nursing care, Care Nin: Thank God You're Here. Director Suzuki Kosuke and lead actor Tozuka Junki who plays the care worker both continue on from the first film.
Omori Kei (Tozuka) has come to work for a large scale nursing home, but is uncomfortable with the administrative style prioritizing efficiency and risk management typical for a large facility. In the meantime, Mieko (Shima Kaori) who suffers from dementia, has been admitted to the facility. Her husband Tatsuro (Watabiki Katsuhiko), who has been caring for her at home, can not trust the facility and is strict with Kei as well.
