[ Story ]
This follow-up to the warm-hearted comedy set on the porch of an old-fashioned Japanese home, Engawa Lovers 2 is also helmed by the first film's director, Konno Yasumasa.
Hagiwara Daisuke (Higano Sho), a novice film director pressed to write a script for a horror film; Ishibashi Akihito (Seto Keita), a hotelier with a penchant for cleanliness; and Asakura Tadashi (Nakao Kenya) who can't seem to take a hint, start living together in a house with a porch they rented. Meanwhile, the landlord Okano who has been egged on by the neighbor Fujiwara, aims on selling the house and starts harassing Hagiwara and the others in order to drive them out.
