Drama about uncertainty and loneliness as experienced by young people in Oiso, Kanagawa Prefecture. Director Misawa Takuya's debut feature film Chigasaki Story was a Japan-Thailand co-production screened at the 44th International Film Festival Rotterdam.
Childhood buddies Shun (Moriya Koji), Tomoki (Nakazaki Haya), Kazuya (Mori Yusaku) and Eita (Nagashima Shugo) work at a construction company and live free and easy in the town where they were born and raised. However, their friendships gradually unravel after their former high school teacher dies.
