[ Story ]

A live-action adaptation of the novel of the same title by Ichijo Misaki, directed by Miki Takahiro, who has produced many coming-of-age films. The screenplay was co-written by Tsukikawa Sho, director of Let Me Eat Your Pancreas and Matsumoto Hana, director of The End of the Pale Hour.
Kamiya Toru (Michieda Shunsuke) makes a false confession to Maori (Fukumoto Riko), the popular girl in his class. Maori accepts his confession on the condition that they do not fall for each other, and the two begin dating. Maori, who suffers from anterograde amnesia, reveals to Toru that she loses her memory when she sleeps at night.
