Twenty-ninth feature film for the popular TV anime series. The story shows the truth behind an incident involving Shinnosuke and friends with Takahashi Wataru directing and screenplay by Ueno Kimiko.
Kazama (Mashiba Mari) dreams of attending the ultra-elite Tenkasu Academy but Shinnosuke (Kobayashi Yumiko) keeps getting in his way. Kazama gets fed up and takes off after declaring that his friendship with Shinnosuke is over. Then, Shinnosuke and his pals find Kazama collapsed in a broken clock tower, and Kazama has transformed into the ultimate idiot.
