Sequel arriving a year and a half after the release of Why You Can't Be Prime Minister, which boasted remarkable attendance figures. Director Oshima Arata focused on Lower House lawmaker Ogawa Junya in the previous film and turns his attention to the 49th Lower House elections held in the fall of 2021.
The documentary picks up coverage from June 2021 and focuses on Ogawa's electoral area, Kagawa District 1. The film makes inroads into the campaign of rival Hirai Takuya from the LDP and depicts the hotly contested election.
