A documentary that closely follows the Emergency and Rescue Centre at the Nagoya Kaisaikai Hospital in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Produced by Abuno Katsuhiko and Hijikata Hiroshi (Yakuza and the Constitution & Goodbye TV), and directed by first time director Adachi Takuro.
With the motto that states "never say no to emergency services," the ER unit receives a wide variety of patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The new coronavirus pandemic leads to a record number of ambulances every day. The film, without narration, shows the realities of community healthcare under dire conditions.
