A documentary focusing on the present situation at Totsuka Yacht School, where a string of trainee deaths and dissappeances occurred around thirty years ago. The reporting is by local TV station Tokai Television, and there were many calls for repeat broadcasts after it was first screened. It has been re-edited for this feature-length film version, and includes never-seen-before footage. Totsuka Yacht School, located in Mihama Town in Aichi Prefecture, re-educates troubled children through rigorous training and group living, and desperate parents still bring their children here.
