[ Story ]
Middle-aged couple Kakeru (M) and Kanna (F) were about to divorce.
However, what she submitted that day was not relating to the divorce but his death certificate... He tried to save the child at the station and was hit by the train. They had separated their bedroom and hardly ever spoken to each other.
His death should not have been a big deal to Kanna. She seemed to enjoy her second life...
One day, while she is driving her Wrangler on the highway in Tokyo, a tunnel suddenly collapsed. Through the accident, she arrives at a hotel where Kanna met Kakeru for the first time. While she is confused with the situation, Kakeru appears in front of her, looking just as he did when they met 15 years ago. She is time travelling.
While seeing him, she started thinking that "I still love him... And I have to save him from the death."
She can only time travel to the date when she met him. Kanna tries to change the past in various ways so that Kakeru will not die. She even tries a way not to get married to him, but all of her attempts do not work. Through her trials, he happens to notice about her time travelling and that he will die in 15 years.
Even though he knows he will die soon, what he chose was not to avoid his death, but to change how he lives his remaining days with Kanna.
