[ Story ]

The Chaplain director Sako Dai tells the story of an ordinary elementary school vice principal who gradually matures.
At an elementary school in Yamanashi Prefecture, long-time vice principal Nakayama Haruhiko (Shibukawa Kiyohiko) finds himself assigned as the temporary homeroom teacher for Grade 5, Class 1. He was once a passionate teacher, but hasn't had his own class for quite a while. It turns out to be a challenging class, and as he gets to know more about the kids' everyday lives, his own life begins to change in subtle ways.
