[ Story ]
After losing his parents at a young age, Shinran seeks life's purpose through Buddhism. At age nine, he enters Mt. Hiei for ascetic training. At 19, he meets Tamahi-hime, the daughter of a regent. Though determined to pursue his path, Shinran cannot forget her. Feeling unworthy of salvation due to his worldly attachments, he leaves the monastery and encounters his life's teacher, Hōnen. Reunited with Tamahi-hime, their bond deepens—but fate has its trials. What awaits them in the end?
