A human drama set in Fukushima ten years after the Great East Japan Earthquake. Matsui Yoshihiko, known for works such as Noisy Requiem, presents an original story.
Seventeen-year-old Akira (Maeda Ohshiro) has lost his mother to radiation exposure in a nuclear accident ten years ago. His father, a former nuclear power plant employee, tormented by guilt works as a decontamination worker. Meanwhile, Akira's friend Shinichi (Kubozuka Airu) worries about him, as he has lost his sense of belonging and wanders around aimlessly without coming to school, but Shinichi also harbors a loneliness that he cannot tell anyone about.
