[ Story ]
An original story which features as main character the great thief Tajomaru who appears in the novel "Yabu no Naka" by Akutagawa Ryunosuke, which was made into the film Rashomon by Kurosawa Akira. Naomitsu (Oguri Shun), a samurai warrior who has been betrayed by his very own older brother, Nobutsuna (Ikeuchi Hiroyuki), his retainer, Sakuramaru (Tanaka Kei) who he grew up with, and even his fiance, Princess Ako (Shibamoto Yuki), becomes the head of a gang of thieves under the name Tajomaru. When he eventually gets caught, all the events that happened to him are revealed from the different perspectives of other characters.
