A 3D CG animation with film direction, original story, screenplay, music, and CG production all by Aoki Tact. The story is set in the far future where civilization has deteriorated. Hiyoko (voice: Hirano Aya), a high school girl who ran away from home after a major falling out with her father, wanders into a stadium which is an "asylum" for homeless people. Hiyoko, together with Akira (voice: Nemoto Masakazu) whom she met at the stadium, decides to attend the "asylum session," an event opposing the demolition of the stadium. They end up in a face-off with the police who are forcefully carrying out the demolition.
