Based on an original draft selected in the Second Cinema Plot Competition, this film is a youthful music drama depicting the sensitive feelings of junior high school students. Maria (Kanazawa Miho), who is in charge of the saxophone in the school's wind-instrument club, invites Fuka (Miyoshi Ayaka), a somewhat lonely girl who has transferred from another school, to practice, and they become friends. But Maria turns cold toward Fuka when she loses to her in a qualifying competition for a solo contest. The two torment each other and torment themselves. Will they be able to recover their friendship?
