A unique comedy film written by four theatrical playwrights - Nozoe Seiji, Tanabe Shigenori, Matsumoto Yoichi, and Bluesky - based in small theaters of Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. The story takes place at an apartment building, depicting a quarrel between the daughter of the landlord and the residents who refuse to move out. The mother (Iuchi Miwaku) plans to renovate her tattered apartment building into a high-rise apartment building with the money her junior high school daughter, Hariko (Kawaguchi Maika), earns as an illusionist. But there are four residents who stubbornly refuse to move out...
