With foreign language versions of the manga as well as anime winning popularity abroad, the "boys love" manga of the same name is adapted to film by original author Eiki Eiki and illustrator Zao Taishi. The protagonists are a star-studded assembly of 2.5 dimensional actors who have become popular from the stage productions 'Yowamushi Pedal' and 'Touken Ranbu'.
University student Izumi (Sugiyama Mahiro) was born into a celebrity family. When he reluctantly appears in a commercial he has a reunion with popular actor Ryoma (Nakada Hiroki) whom he hasn't seen in ten years. Mistaking for a girl and having held on to romantic feelings for ten years, Ryoma is bewildered that he has come to like guy.
