[ Story ]

A story set in Rokkasho Village of Aomori Prefecture, where there is a nuclear fuel reprocessing plant, depicting the separation and reunion of a couple. A feature film debut work by Kimura Bunyo from Aomori Prefecture which drew much attention in Japan and abroad. It won the Feature Digital Films Prizes Silver Award of the Cairo International Film Festival. Kimi (Nishiyama Maki), who lives alone with her father Daiki (Hasegawa Hitoshi), has gotten engaged to Osamu (Yoshioka Mutsuo), who works at a nuclear fuel reprocessing plant. She was enjoying a modest happiness. One day, however, Osamu is exposed to radiation at work. Concerned about the effects this may have on their future, Osamu disappears from Kimi's sight.
