From Kono Keita, the director of Helen The Baby Fox (Kogitsune Helen) comes a heartwarming road film based upon the bestseller 'Boku no Yuku Michi' (*My way) by Shindo Fuyuki. Trained by an Japan Academy Prize Association Special Award winning dog trainer, the charming performance by the puppy Anne is a must see. 3rd grade elementary school student Taishi (Takei Akashi) eagerly awaits the arrival of a letter from his mother Kotomi (Suzuki Kyouka), currently studying in Paris. What he doesn't know, is that she is actually on Shodo Island in the Seto inland sea. Learning the truth, Taishi sets off on a journey to Shodo Island accompanied by his pet dog, on a yellow bicycle given to him by his mother.
