[ Story ]
In this slapstick comedy, the very popular model Yamada Yu poses as a "plastic surgery beauty." Highly acclaimed for her performance in Hula Girls Hula girl, the comedienne Yamasaki Shizuyo plays the role of the "ugly buddy" along side Yamada. The film is based on the comic of the same name by Suzuki Yumiko which has been made into a film in Korea as well. Having been teased and called "ugly" since she was little and getting caught in a one-sided romance, Kanna (Yamada Yu) decides to undergo full-body plastic surgery, becoming a beauty in the process and getting a job at a high-class company. Having realized that there are levels among pretty faces, she then struggles to become a really beautiful person.
