A film version of the late night TV anime, with characters created by the popular manga artist Umino Chica, creator of 'HONEY & CLOVER.' Kamiyama Kenji, who is based in Production I.G, took control of the original story, script, and direction. The story is set in Japan in 2011. Takizawa is one of the twelve "Seleçoes" with the mission of "guiding the nation in the right direction." Following his disappearance Morimi Saki tries to find him in New York, but gradually she becomes entangled in the outrageous game between the "Seleçoes" that did not end after the missile attack six months ago.
