A re-working of the late night TV anime featuring original characters created by the popular manga artist, Umino Chica, creator of 'HONEY & CLOVER,' with Kamiyama Kenji directing. It features the same staff and cast as the two recent film versions of the series. The stage for the story is 2010. It is three months since Japan was hit by a strange terrorist attack that saw missiles fall throughout the country, but claim no victims. Morimi Saki is on a trip to the U.S., and meets Takizawa, in front of the Whitehouse. He is completely naked, has lost his memory, and only carries a mysterious mobile phone.
