Part of the Cho Den-O series, which are spinoffs from the TV superhero action series Masked Rider Den-O (Kamen Rider Den-O), this is the second film of a trilogy. Den-O's grandson, New Den-O comes from the future and goes into battle to establish a bond with his sidekick. In order to save Ryotaro (Mizoguchi Takuya), Masked Rider Den-O, who was injured in a surprise attack, New Den-O Kotaro (Sakurada Dori) appears with his partner Teddy (voice: Ono Daisuke). However, the owner (Ishimaru Kenjiro) claims Teddy's contract has already expired.
