[ Story ]

A lyrical human drama that reunites six top actresses who co-starred in a shampoo commercial. The ways of life of six individuals from three different generations are shown over the grand course of the 20th century. World-class creative director of commercials Onuki Takuya is involved in the film's design and is the production supervisor. The feel of each era is represented by recreating the cinematic look of films from each respective time, which makes for a truly memorable viewing experience. In 1936, rebelling against the marriage decided by her parents, Rin (Aoi Yu) runs away from home in her wedding gown. Years later, in the 1960s, her three daughters, including Kaoru (Takeuchi Yuko), live resolutely through Japan's period of rapid economic growth.
