[ Story ]
The second installment of the epic six-part theatrical anime based on Yoshinaga Yunosuke's robot manga. For the sake of defending his country, a youth is forced to cross swords with his best-friend-turned-enemy, in an ancient, giant mecha called a Golem. The drawings are 2D, and the hand-drawn battle scenes pack a punch. Rygart (voice: Hoshi Soichiro) of the peace-seeking Krishna Army, resolves to meet directly with his friend, Zess (Kamiya Hiroshi), of the Athens Army. He sets out alone to meet his friend for the fist time in four years but they are unable to see eye to eye.
