[ Story ]
This action film is based on the popular Kenka Bancho game series, which follows the scuffles of delinquents. A high school student who pushes his luck and hates to lose becomes entangled in a battle fought by the gang leaders of the 47 provinces of Japan -- a battle for total domination. The special moves of characters from the game are included with a comedic touch. A high-school senior, Takashi (Ayabe Yuji), the strongest student in his school, Rashin High, goes to Tokyo for a field trip with his class. Takashi is confused after someone tries to pick a fight with him soon after arriving in Tokyo. He defeats his opponent without a hitch, but is shocked to learn that hot-blooded gang leaders from all over Japan have gathered in Tokyo to fight for the title of king.
