5 directors active on the cutting-edge of Japanese film today have put together an omnibus film, all with the same budget, time and screenplay. The director is Kubota Shoji, who directed the smash hit LOST LOVE MURDER (Shitsuren Satsujin), based on a short novel by Edogawa Rampo. He was also the producer of this project. Yoshiko dreams of becoming an author, and while she repeatedly submits her work for a literary award, she fails to be selected time after time. Just as her heart is about to break, her lover suddenly proposes marriage to her. While she goes through complicated emotions, her friends get together and hold a celebration for the two of them.
