This is a continuation of the film version of the best-selling sci-fi horror novel of the same name by Yamada Yusuke. The hero of the previous film, who survived the no questions asked "death game," is involved in new challenges to his survival. Sato Tsubasa (Ishida Takuya) won and survived the "real tag" game of capturing and executing people with the most common surname "Sato" throughout Japan. But his joy is short-lived as he is thrown into a new parallel world. Moreover, that is another world where a mysterious dictator has decreed that people named "Sato" are to receive punishment.
