[ Story ]
The director's cut of the highly acclaimed documentary and long-running hit that was released in 1990 by John Junkerman, director of Chomsky 9.11 and Japan's Peace Constitution (Eiga Nipponkoku Kenpo). The documentary follows an 82 year-old man in his struggles to capture a giant blue marlin weighing over 200kg on Japan's westernmost Yonaguni Island and as the title suggests, it bares a resemblance to Ernest Hemingway's "The Old Man and the Sea."
