Based on the customizable toy Beyblades that are created by combining a number of different parts, this is the anime film version of Adachi Takafumi's action comic. The director of the TV version, Sugishima Kunihisa, also took part in the production as the supervising director. The Beyblade tournament in the summer holidays is approaching and Ginga (voice: Kanada Aki) is looking forward to it with great enthusiasm. But then the mysterious Helios (voice: Maeno Tomoaki) appears, owner of the legendary 'Bey Sol Blaze.' A fierce struggle develops between the two boys, but at the same time strange events start taking place at locations throughout the world.
