[ Story ]

A super gag comedy entertainment of a totally-unexpected story set in Osaka, which is known as a "city of comedy." The director Shibata Daisuke has won many domestic and international awards as a commercial director, and the other director Sekai no Nabeatsu is a successful comedian and a television writer. A comedian Sekai no Nabeatsu (played by himself) stands for the Osaka gubernatorial election. He unexpectedly wins the election, and then declares the independence of Osaka as a country. However, behind his back, an assassination plot is quietly under way.
