[ Story ]
The second volume in a series depicting the exploits of the younger brother of Max Man, the white-collar hero depicted in Mr. Max Man. Ryusei Ryo of "Jyuden Sentai Kyoryuger" and the first Max Man, Chiba Yudai, co-star with television director, Masuda Akihide, at the helm.
Hideo (Ryusei) gets a job at the television station where his older brother, Masanori (a.k.a Max Man), works. Due to happenstance, Hideo transforms into a hero just like his brother and vanquishes a villain during a program's on-location shoot. As a result, Hideo receives a challenge from a terrorist organization.
