A special effects action film based on the TV series, made in a project to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the "Heisei" Masked Rider series. Masked Rider W who is formed by two heroes merging into one, and Masked Rider OOO who appears in later programs and whose strength lies in special medals, join forces. In a joint struggle the heroes pursue an evil energy entity, Masked Rider Core, who uses the memory of successive generations of Masked Riders, to the center of the earth. This film adds another episode to the two previous stand-alone episodes to form a three-story omnibus.
