[ Story ]
The film that would become Fukasaku Kinji's posthumous work. After his death, his son Fukasaku Kenta took over the directing duties and completed the film.
Three years after the brutal slaughter in BATTLE ROYALE, survivor Nanahara Shuya (Fujiwara Tatsuya) has become the leader of the resistance force - the Wild Seven - and declares war against the adults of the world. The Japanese government kidnaps a class of junior high school students and sends them to an island where the headquarters of the Wild Seven is located. Their mission is to find Nanahara and kill him within seven days, securing their freedom. Nanahara and his followers fight back without knowing they're up against kids who are being forced to fight by adults. Once Nanahara finds out who his opponents really are, he broadcasts his message to the world. The Japanese government attacks in full force to defeat Nanahara while his followers fight them off in order to help the surviving students escape. With the help of the very teacher (Takeuchi Riki) who selected the class of students in the first place, Nanahara and his people flee Japan for Afghanistan.
