Exciting new filmmaker Kuroki Daiki, who has won several awards at film festivals in Japan and also works as a television director, creates a delicate depiction of male-female relations in this drama. It is also his first feature-length film. Company employee Shintaro (Serizawa Tateto) has a girlfriend named Tomoko (Ozawa Makiko) who he has been seeing for eight years, and lived with for three. As he hesitates to take the next step and ask her to marry him, she is involved in a traffic accident and loses the use of her legs.
