Installment in the highly lauded Seishun H (Youth Sex) series created by distinctively original filmmakers on the shared theme of adolescence and love. Director Imaizumi Rikiya has earned critical acclaim and increasing fame for the unique take on bargaining between the sexes found in his numerous self-produced works. Shinsuke (Sekiguchi Takanori) finds his life somehow unsatisfying, and on occasion goes drinking on the sly with his wife's friend Machiko (Shinohara Yukiko). One day, Shinsuke learns that Machiko has broken up with her boyfriend, and impulsively announces he is separating from his wife and leaves home.
